Portland/Vancouver - $190 Outer Suburbs/Cities - $225 ($130 1st hour + $95 2nd hour) Includes: Beaverton, Aloha, Tigard, Lake Oswego Surrounding Areas - $255 ($160 1st hour + $95 2nd hour) Includes: Tualatin, Sherwood, West Linn, Oregon City, Hillsboro, Forest Grove, Ridgefield, Camas Select the appropriate service area after clicking the 'Book Now' button. Approximately 8-10 standard scale art pieces can be installed in an hour on drywall. Approximately 2-3 larger scale/heavy art pieces or mirrors can be installed in an hour on drywall. Things that slow down the process and require more time: -working from a ladder -working on stairs -hard surface walls (concrete, brick, tile, lath/plaster etc.) -items without any mounting hardware on the back -anything over 6 feet long -multi piece arrangements (linear, grid, collage, etc) Includes: All tools, equipment and standard hardware (nails, screws, hooks, etc.) needed to complete the project. Wall patch for any changes, if needed. Does NOT include: Any specialty hardware (heavy-duty hardware, brackets, cleats, security/theft deterrent hardware, etc.). These items will be billed separately and discussed with client prior to installation.
